Geslaagde netwerkavond
Bij SuperNova gaan we op zoek naar de leukste locaties in Antwerpen en dat hebben we bij WOLF zeker gevonden. De ligging aan het MAS is ideaal en makkelijk bereikbaar voor bezoekers. Het aanbod van de verschillende ruimtes zorgt ervoor dat het makkelijk is om een event op maat te organiseren bij WOLF, voor ons was dat een netwerkavond met eten en drinken.
We zijn zeer tevreden van het aangename contact met de mensen van WOLF en het snel opnemen van onze vragen. Ze denken mee na voor oplossingen en hebben ons voorzien van een toffe locatie.

Jaarcongres VVRO - 7/3/2026
Als beroepsorganisatie organiseren we elk jaar ons jaarcongres. Het was de eerste x dat dit in de Montil doorging en we waren hierover héél tevreden!
De communicatie op voorhand verliep vlot: we werden correct geïnformeerd en goed geholpen! Wat we vroegen, werd gedaan. Er werd mee nagedacht samen met ons.
De infrastructuur is top: één grote zaal waar onze standhouders konden staan alsook de catering doorging. De zalen waar de voordrachten door gingen, waren ook goed uitgerust! De bewegwijzering was ook duidelijk; we hadden in elk geval niet het gevoel dat mensen verloren liepen ;-)
Op de dag zelf was er ook een aanspreekpunt die kon tegemoet komen aan last minute vragen/wijzigingen.
Catering: ook top! Voldoende koffiekoeken 's morgens en een gevarieerde lekkere lunch!
We hoorden van iedereen, zowel deelnemers als standhouders, dat ze heel tevreden waren!
Bedankt om er samen met ons een leuke en interessante dag van te hebben gemaakt! We waren daar met een gerust gevoel dat alles vlot zou verlopen :-)

Hoe de perfecte trouwlocatie kiezen?
Trouwen op locatie? Dan is de keuze van je trouwlocatie een belangrijke stap. Om deze super romantische gebeurtenis te vieren, mag een stijlvolle trouwlocatie in ieder geval niet ontbreken. Smaken verschillen, en dat geldt zeker bij de selectie van een locatie om te trouwen. Sommige bruidsparen kiezen voor het comfort van een feestzaal of hotel, terwijl andere stellen voor iets exclusievers gaan, zoals de tuin van een groot landgoed of een mysterieus kasteel. Avontuurlijk ingestelde mensen gaan misschien voor een echte natuurplek, een oase van rust. Gelukkig is er een trouwlocatie voor ieders smaak. Heb je naast het selecteren van een locatie om te trouwen nog hulp nodig voor de organisatie van je bruiloft? Huur dan een weddingplanner in die van jouw feest een onvergetelijke ervaring maakt!
Waar op te letten bij het kiezen van een trouwlocatie
Als aanstaand bruidspaar kies je natuurlijk eerst de plaats van je bruiloft, dat kan in een bruisende stad zijn, een dorp of zelfs op een afgelegen plek. Hou daarbij rekening met je gasten, zodat ze vlot op de locatie van je trouwfeest geraken. Voorzie oplossingen wanneer nodig. Voorzie je een trouwceremonie, dat kan in een kerk zijn, een burgerlijke of een persoonlijke ceremonie, dan let je best goed op waar die is en zorg je dat de afstand haalbaar is voor je bruiloftsgasten. Regel misschien vervoer of zorg op zijn minst voor duidelijke instructies voor al je feestvierders.
Op de trouwlocatie zelf, bepaalt het aantal mensen op je gastenlijst de capaciteit die je nodig hebt aan de hand van de hoeveelheid gasten op je gastenlijst. Zijn er ruimtes binnen en buiten en waar vier je de verschillende momenten van je bruiloft (de ceremonie, lunch, aperitief, avondfeest enzovoort). Die planning gaat ook de inrichting van de ruimtes bepalen. Richt je zelf in, doet de trouwerij locatie dat of gaat je weddingplanner ermee aan de slag? Zorg in ieder geval dat je een comfortabel plekje hebt voor iedereen, van oma en opa tot de jongste baby van de familie. Tip: zorg dat je bij buitenruimtes een alternatief hebt binnen, zo kunnen de weergoden jullie trouwerij niet verstoren.
Jij of je weddingplanner gaat ook een planning van je mooiste dag maken. Overleg dit nauwkeurig met het management van je trouwlocatie. Hoeveel uur zijn er beschikbaar? Wanneer wordt er wat geserveerd. Zijn jullie echte nachtraven? Ga dan na hoe lang het avondfeest mag duren. En last but not least, wat zijn de kosten? Check wat er allemaal in de prijs is inbegrepen. Is het een all-inovereenkomst of komen er nog aparte kosten bij? Zo kom je na je huwelijk al niet direct voor een koude douche te staan.
