Onze ervaring met de Snackcar was een absolute aanrader. Op ons tuinfeest was de frituurwagen er ruim op voorhand zodat alles in alle rust kon opgesteld worden. Frietjes en snacks waren ook heel lekker. Het droeg zeker bij tot de feeststemming.

Tips als je een foodtruck huurt
Om alles soepel te laten verlopen, is het handig om op voorhand over deze punten na te denken. Allereerst de plaats, waar ga je de foodtruck zetten? Is er voldoende ruimte? Is er een verharde weg, zodat je de foodtruck kan plaatsen? En is er (voldoende) elektriciteit aanwezig? Heeft de foodtruck die je gaat huren vervolgens de nodige apparatuur bij? Denk aan een oven, bakplaat, koelkast enzovoort, hetgeen dat nodig is om de hapjes en of drankjes te bereiden. Vervolgens check je ook de aankleding of decoratie van je foodtruck naar keuze. Je gasten houden van een totaalbeleving en het oog (en ook wel het oor) wil ook wat in deze. Aangepaste kledij van het personeel of een bijpassend muziekje zijn bijvoorbeeld details die ertoe doen.
